Wallet Cases – 1-2 working days

Laptop Sleeve – 1-5 working days

All other items – 1-5 working days


UK Standard Delivery

1st Class via Royal Mail – free on all orders

1-2 working days

European Standard Delivery 

Royal Mail's International Standard – £4.95

5-10 working days


Rest of the World Standard Delivery

Free for orders to the USA

Royal Mail's International Standard – £7.95

We hope you love your Harper & Blake purchase, but if you’re not 100% happy with it, we don’t want you to be disappointed! We’ll happily accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, offering you a full refund, or an exchange for another item if you prefer.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any items that are non-saleable. 

Shipping fees incurred in the return of goods are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for returned items.
