At Harper & Blake, every piece is created with care - many of our products are made-to-order, which helps us reduce waste and overproduction.
Because of this, our returns policy varies slightly depending on the product type.

Phone Cases & Tech Accessories
Our phone cases and other tech accessories are made-to-order for your chosen device.
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if the wrong phone model is selected or you change your mind after ordering.
Please double-check your phone model before purchase:
- iPhone: Settings → General → About → Model Name
- Android: Settings → About Phone → Model Number / Name
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

This made-to-order process means each case is produced only when needed - reducing waste, packaging, and carbon impact.
Wallpaper & Home Décor (Including Cushions & Jacquard Woven Blankets)
Most of our home décor items, including wallpaper, cushions, and jacquard woven blankets, are produced to order to minimise waste.

Made-to-order or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your wallpaper or soft furnishing arrives with a defect or damage, please email us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition for any refund or exchange to be processed.
If you’re unsure about colours, scale, or pattern, we recommend ordering a wallpaper sample before purchasing full rolls to ensure you’re happy with your choice.

- Include your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.

We’ll confirm next steps and provide the return address for our UK studio.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or we made an error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
