The Role This is a rare opportunity to define the creative future of a brand from inception. You’ll shape Harper & Blake’s aesthetic direction across every touchpoint - from products and packaging to campaigns, stores, and collaborations.This role begins part-time or advisory during the pre-raise phase and transitions to full-time post-funding. It’s ideal for a world-builder who leads with taste and imagination, but builds with strategy and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve our brand identity across fashion, interiors, fragrance, hospitality, and digital
Lead all creative output; campaigns, packaging, content, stores, collaborations, and brand experiences
Build and manage a multidisciplinary creative team (internal and external)
Translate brand philosophy into a compelling and cohesive visual language
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, content, and experience teams
Guide styling, photography, editorial, and art direction
Shape the visual experience of Harper & Blake stores, cafés, and immersive spaces
Lead seasonal and long-term creative calendars
Co-create culturally relevant collaborations with artists, designers, and tastemakers

7+ years of senior creative leadership across fashion, interiors, lifestyle, or hospitality
A portfolio that blends creative originality with commercial success
Experience building and scaling high-performing creative teams
Deep fluency in storytelling, aesthetic systems, and cultural trends
Strong intuition for brand-building across digital and physical formats
