Can I make changes to my order?
We do our best to process your order promptly, but you can make changes to your order within 24 hours. We may still be able to make changes after this time, but you’ll need to contact us to check.
I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Once you’ve placed an order, you should receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam/junk folder. Then, if you still can’t find it, please get in touch.
I’ve received the wrong item in my order. What should I do?
Mistakes sometimes happen! If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team and we will advise on what to do before sending you the correct item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What currencies can I pay with?
Our prices are automatically converted into your local currency based on the exchange rate on the day of your purchase. This means you can pay for your order and receive refunds in your local currency.

We deliver worldwide. You can view our delivery options here.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
1-2 working days for UK delivery
3-5 working days for European delivery
5-7 working days for delivery to the rest of the world
Please note, all our items are made to order, so please allow the following times for us to process your order before it is dispatched:
Phone Cases (Snap, Tough and Eco) – 1-2 working days
Wallet Cases – 1-2 working days
Laptop Sleeves – 1-5 working days
All other items – 1-5 working days
Will COVID-19 affect my order?
We’re still operating as normal to make sure you continue to get your Harper & Blake fix. We’re working with our production partner to ensure we adhere to government guidelines at all times and put the safety of our employees, suppliers and customers first.
There may be some minor delivery delays with your order, so please bear with us. We recommend that you allow a few more days for delivery and ask that you wait an additional three working days before contacting our customer service team about a delayed delivery. Thanks for your patience!
My order hasn’t turned up after several weeks. Can I claim a refund?
If you still haven’t received your order after 28 days, please let us know and we will investigate and send a replacement item or issue a refund at your request.
Will my order incur custom and import charges?
Unfortunately, we can’t control custom and import charges as these are added once an item arrives at its destination. These charges vary from country to country, so we advise that you check what they might be before placing your order, so you don’t get any unwanted surprises! Custom and import charges are not applicable for UK orders.
How do I redeem my gift card?
You’ll receive your gift card via email and it’ll include a unique code. You can redeem the value of the gift card by entering the code at checkout.
Can I top up my gift card?
No, unfortunately not. You will need to purchase another gift card.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
Drop us a message and we’ll confirm the balance for you.
If the balance of my gift card doesn’t cover the amount of my purchase, can I pay the remainder using a credit/debit card?
Yes, you can add an additional payment method at checkout.
Can I use a discount code when making a purchase with a gift card?
Yes, you can use a discount code at the same time as your unique gift card code.
Will my gift card expire?
Our gift cards never expire!
I’ve lost my gift card confirmation email. What should I do?
Email us at email@example.com and we’ll resend it to you.
What happens if I return an item bought with a gift card?
The refund amount will be credited back onto your gift card for you to use another time. If the total refund is more than paid with the gift card, the remaining amount will be refunded to the other payment method used.
Can I return an item?
We hope you love your Harper & Blake purchase, but if you’re not 100% happy with it, we don’t want you to be disappointed! We’ll happily accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, offering a full refund.
Shipping fees incurred in the return of goods are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for returned items.
All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are non-saleable.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 30 days of your purchase – just contact our customer service team and they will process this for you. Unfortunately, we can’t cover the shipping fees for the return of your original order unless we have made a shipping error.
If the item you’re exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.
All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange on any items that are non-saleable.

Are your cases fully protective?
All our cases are hard-wearing and durable, offering a high level of protection against day-to-day damage. However, we can’t guarantee that our cases will protect your phone in all circumstances. If you’re a bit of a clutz and are looking for extra drop protection, the Tough case is for you!
What are your cases made of?
Snap: impact resistant polycarbonate, which is lightweight and has a slim form fitting. The Snap is available in either a gloss or matte finish.
Tough: a dual-layer product for extra durability. The Tough’s outer case is made from impact resistant polycarbonate with an inner TPU liner for added drop protection.
Eco: PLA, PBAT and bamboo fibre, which are all plant-based, plastic-free materials. The printing inks are water-based and eco-friendly. The bamboo fibres are visible and give the case a lovely, natural textured look.
What's the difference between a Snap and Tough case?
Both offer excellent protection, but the Tough has an added inner TPU liner, which offers extra durability and protection.
What makes the Eco case eco-friendly?
The Eco is made from natural, plant-based, plastic-free materials (PLA, PBAT and bamboo fibre) and uses water-based printing inks. It is compostable and will biodegrade within 60-90 days in normal landfill. We also use plastic-free packaging to guarantee an entirely eco-friendly product! If you want zero waste with maximum style, the Eco case is for you!
